Nature of the site
labforge.tech is a personal, non-commercial site by Iuri Vaccari, dedicated to publishing and freely distributing desktop applications developed by the author. No sales, subscriptions or paid services are in place.
Software and licenses
Distributed applications are provided free of charge under a personal, non-transferable, revocable license, plus the specific license indicated on each application's download page. Forbidden: unauthorized copying, commercial distribution, reverse engineering for competing products, sublicensing. Applications are provided 'as-is' without warranty (see Disclaimer).
Donations
Applications are free. If you wish to support development, the site and the apps' 'About' pages link to a voluntary PayPal donation. Donations entail no obligation, warranty or additional service level on the author's part.
Intellectual property
The 'labforge.tech' trademark, logo (stylized anvil), site design, source code of the site and of distributed applications are the property of Iuri Vaccari, unless otherwise stated. Reproduction, modification or commercial use without written consent is forbidden.
Service availability
The site is provided 'as-is' with no guarantee of continuous availability. Planned or unplanned maintenance may cause interruptions. The author is not liable for any disruption or temporary unavailability.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from or connected to the use of the site or applications, the courts of Reggio Emilia, Italy have exclusive jurisdiction.
