Limitation of liability
In no event shall the author be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages (including, without limitation: loss of data, loss of profit, business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the software or site, even if the author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
System-level software
Some distributed applications interact with system APIs (keyboard simulation, process monitoring, accessibility, screen capture, network access). Use these applications only on devices you own or are authorized to administer. The author is not responsible for misuse or unauthorized use. Antivirus or endpoint security software may flag behavior typical of these applications: this is expected, the applications are digitally signed by Iuri Vaccari / labforge.tech.
Access to network resources
Applications performing network scans or connections to remote hosts must be used only on networks for which the user has explicit authorization. Performing scans or unauthorized access attempts on third-party networks may constitute a criminal offense under Italian law (arts. 615-ter et seq. of the Italian Criminal Code).
Security reports (responsible disclosure)
To report security vulnerabilities, write to [email protected]. Reports are welcome and handled confidentially. Do not use public channels (issues, social media) to disclose vulnerabilities before a fix. The author commits to respond within 7 business days.
