Exercise of your rights

What you may request

Under articles 15-22 GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) you may at any time and free of charge request us to:

• confirm whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy (access, art. 15) • correct inaccurate data or supplement incomplete data (rectification, art. 16) • erase your data (erasure / right to be forgotten, art. 17) • temporarily restrict processing pending verification (restriction, art. 18) • receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format and transmit them to another controller (portability, art. 20) • object to processing based on legitimate interest (objection, art. 21) • not be subject to solely automated decisions (art. 22, not practiced anyway)

How to submit a request

Send an email to [email protected] stating:

1) the right you wish to exercise (you may cite the article, e.g. 'art. 15 - access') 2) any details helping us identify the data (e.g. date and subject of an email you sent us in the past) 3) a reply email address

To verify your identity we may ask for additional elements only if strictly necessary. Verification is proportionate to risk and does not require documents unless indispensable.

Response times

We commit to respond within 30 days of receipt (art. 12 GDPR). For particularly complex cases, the term may be extended by a further 60 days with reasoned notice. Reply and fulfilment are free of charge, except for manifestly unfounded or repetitive requests.

If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you may:
